I already bought a tester to run KOEO/KOER and can't afford to get another one. I'v pretty sure that this issue has nothing to do with a MAP Sensor, so Im just gonna forget about the code 22. Im thinking now that its a Fuel reltated problem with a bad pump, regulator, or injector. See, once it dies, its starts up perfect on 2nd try because fuel has been circulated through the system.

I don't think the startup and code 22 are related either...thats why I'm not concerned with the code 22 have read that it might be a ghost code and others that had a bad MAP Sensor have not had the symtoms Im having. I just want it to fire right up, its frusterating to have the car running perfect, but it won't fire right unless it sits for1.5 hours. This problem came after O/R h and header install, but was most likely there before and when the back pressure was reduced it unmasked the problem. I'll do a fuel pressure check when I can afford the gauge...thanks Mjr46.

I have thought about the grounds...where are they? The only thing I checked was the neg. battery cable to engine...it was slight loose, so I diconnected, cleaned and reconnected.
