Default RE: oil pumps

I've heard that with a high volume pump you can suck all the oil out of the sump and lose pressure. A lot of people actually run stock or stock replacement pumps. Just put in a new stock replacement when you do rebuild or even have the engine out. I've also seen some high volume pumps twist the oil pump driveshaft and snap it off. Stock should do just fine.
