yes you can, but I think that you will have to get a inline fuel pump for it.

yes you can remove all the efi stuff but you'll need to rewire relay for fuel pump or peform one simple mod to it at least and rugulate down the efi pump to work with carb and or install a inline pump such as a holley blue and eliviate the hassle

just did it on the 87....you need the intake manifold of course. you need the carb. you MIGHT need a new throttle cable. or just find a way to bend n twist/loop it around. you need to find the wires that turn the pump on, on the relay and wire that up to an acc. source. and you need to just rip everything with the fi out. and change the distributor. simple way for that. go on ebay and pick up an hei for 50$. they work ive used them....dont worrie about your headlights or tails or gauges working, they have a seperate harness. umm. for fuel. just use the holley reg. that regulates 4 1/2 to 9. and use a gauge. and find out what line is a return and what is a feed. im sure im missing something but thats the jist. of it.

Personally, i dont like the idea of regulating the efi pump all the way down to 7 pounds, your regulator is gonna hate life. But whatever floats your boat, and the throttle cable, i bought a jegs bracket that was for a ford style cable and has return springs. take your time with it...dont jerry rig it together.

I'm sure it does, I'd still use a pump though that was meant for carbed cars

lol i know how that is. only reason why i just opted for the regualtor and stock pump is because i already have used that set up so i knew itd work. but eventually when that pump goes ill redo it all with a fuel cell and everything.
