Default 5.8 H.O. heads

I've got a complete 5.8 4V H.O. engine out of an 87 pickupwill these heads offer much improvement over the stock E7's. Should I build the 351 or should I use the 302. And would the 5.8 heads be better than GT40P heads, just a few options I've got
