Default I have an odd problem

My rear passenger wheel sits off center in the wheel well it is approximately 1 inch farther back then the drivers rear wheel. It is quite noticeable to the naked eye. My question is what could cause the wheel to sit like this?

Ya, I am kind of leaning towards bushings because I am getting a squeek from that wheel when hitting bumps.

check upper control arm bushings and lowers also..if they are fine then a bent housing but I'd doubt that

Do you think something could be tore or rusted?
