no i took out the valve and thoroughly cleaned it and put it back, it is just a little metal thing on top of which a grommet sits(the grommet has screws, but there are no screw locations in the lower manifold, but everything is seated right. I thought it might be oil too, but isin't it a little weird that its from both gaskets?
