Default trac lok rebuild

I need to rebuilld my rear end since my limited slip is practically non-existent. I see there are 2 sets of clutch packs on jegs:
http://www.jegs.com/p/Ford+Racing/753282/10002/-1/11219
The only differences I can see is the cheaper one shows a bottle of that friction stuff and expensive kit has a spring and carbon discs. can someone tell me a little more about these 2 kits please?

one is carbon fiber disc other is stock replacement..I just use stock to rebuild unit and kit comes with shims in .030, .035 and .040 stock shim of clutch pack is .030.. to get a little more preload for longevity I add the .035 shim on both sides in place of a .030..works great

well i ordered the stock replacement. I've put 7k on the odo in over 2 years, don't think I need to worry about them wearing out!
