how will bad e.g.r make the car run??????

i already ran codes and i know my egr is bad but i am just curious if that is my only problem

well in my mind i woul think it would run better because the egr send exaust back in to your intake manifoid to burn some re burnt gasesi took mine off and i think it runs better and carbon isn't buildin up on the inside of the intake form the exaust but if you have a senser on it i dont no how it will run because your ecu in your car might be trying to compensate for a bad egr

it can be as bad as it wont even run if its not working properly. i just had to deal with that. so i suggest fixing it.

^^^^^^[&:]wrong...if egr pintle is open at an idle it'll make it run worse/ rough idle as it'll simulate a vaccum leak
