so im not familiar with v8's and rear ends, I just traded my 98 VW gTI VR6 for a 88 GT mostly stock except for some suspension mods. I dont want to make this a stupid post question like all the ones you see on other forums but this is all forgien to me. I have been reading up and looking but just want to ask some advice. I have some experience with turbos on 4&6 cyl but I am looking to turbocharge my car but first I want to get a bbk intake and 70 or 75 mm tb convert it to maf thow in a cam and get it all tuned and run a 100 shot of nitrousfor now. Maybe some head work too. Any imput would help tons thanks

first of all, do not waste your time with a BBK intake. If you are going to get a CAI, just get an ebay one... its all the same.

second. what are your power goals for this car?

third. What are your time goals.... (project time, and track times)?

last. how much money do you have, and are you ready to put a good amount into the car?
