Track Heat/FPR fitment issues
I have a 5.0L engine in a car that isnt a Mustang. This requires me to run the intake backwards, meaning the throttle body comes off on what would be thedriver side. The problem I am having is thatmy FPR wont fit under the Track Heat intake. I cant put a spacer on the intake due to fitment issues with the hood. What can I do to fix this? I tried flipping the fuel rails, but they wont fit on the intake that way since they are pretty much molded to only fit one way. There a way to move the FPR, or get it so I can flip the fuel rails around, so the FPR is on the other side of the manifold? Thanks for the help.

RE: Track Heat/FPR fitment issues
The options for modifying the hood on this car arent really, um, well there arent really options for modifying the hood. Any other ideas? I'm trying to avoid spending $600 on a rail/regulator system from aeromotive...

RE: Track Heat/FPR fitment issues
well it pretty much boils down to buying a hood or getting a trickflow fuel rail kit from summit you can get that to work for you! you dont have to get eh areomotive anymore there are more options the trickflow rail kit is decently priced!
Trick Flow Specialties TFS-5158000R granted you will hvae to get teh appropriate fittings for the attachment to teh stock fuel lines still should come out cheaper than areomotive kit!
RUS-640880 should be the adapters for the rail to stock lines!
Hope this helps!
