Default Help with a code pulled this afternoon

After working on my car during the day I ran codes to make sure everything was ok... I pulled a 542 which is "542 - Fuel pump secondary circuit failure: PCM to ground"

I didn't touch anything to do with the computer or even the rear of the car let alone the fuel pump.... Anyway the car wont start and I need some help!
Thanks

Or can anyone tell me when the PCM (power control module) is? If I can find that im sure i can find the bad ground.

Sorry but can help you out on this one much, but my guess is that sense it's a secondary circuit is that it is a fuse or something. Well that just my best guess.

I replaced my intake/head gaskets and a tb gasket... I didn't stray from the project either that's why I don't understand how this could have happened...

Another thing I noticed is that the battery is lit up in my dash which makes sense but maybe that helps..

Thanks for the help guys but i got it. A vacuum hose under the manifold without a clamp came off... While on topic though why would this cause me that code to come up?

For future reference, the PCM is located behind the radiator on the right hand side next to the coolant overflow bottle.
