Default Condenser/Evap hose removal?

I ook the AC system from my 94 GT and was wondering if I should remove the Condenser?Evap Hose also. I am wanting to remove all climate control from the car so please helpo me out on this one. Also if I remove the hose is there something I should do to help avoid any problems in the future?
