Default Driveshaft Help

What driveshafts are you guys running that will handle the abuse of a 5k launch? I have the small aod driveshaft in ming and im gettin nervous about it.

get a 5 spd one, they have heavier duty u-joints, I'm using an frpp aluminum one and it holds just fine

Ive heard that the FRPP shafts twist. Anyone else hear of this?

I run low 11's and hasn't twisted yet, just depends on how wild your set up is if it'll twist or not, most street strip cars have nothing to worry about
