Heads for a turbo 5.0
#2
the tfs stage 1 and the f cam are known good turbo cams.
As far as head, something with larger stock size chambers are larger (about 60 cc or bigger) larger intake runners, but not too big or you'll loose low end. Something like 175-195 ish. With a damn good head gasket I'm running the fel-pro mls 1133 gasket. you could go other brands mls, cometic, or a copper gasket, but the fel-pro mls has been doing very very well for boost. Make sure your decks are as true as possible, otherwise you'll be blowing headgaskets allll the time.
A good flowing intake like a holley systemax, victor jr. or the updated spyder efi intake.

You can make stock block splitting power with a turbo and E7s. A poor head choice is still going to make power. Do you have any power goals and/or budget restrictions? Are you working with a stock shortblock or are you building a shortblock?
