Default time for fuel pressure reg? what psi

i think its about time i buy a fuel pressure regulator. below are my mods, what pressure do you guys think i should try first? also, sense i dont have my own dyno can i rely on plug color to tell if im lean or rich? white for lean and black for rich right?
removed the air silencer
K&N air filter
C&L 76mm MAF sensor
Professional Products 70mm throutle body
Professional Products 70mm EGR spacer
Professional Products intake manifold (upper and lower)
Mac equal length shorty headers

Yes you do need one and with those 24's in there the psi should be at about 38.

i agree and also get 1 with a gauge. They sell 1 on eBay for $100

stang, isnt stock fuel pressure 38psi? how would adjusting it to 38 effect anything?

bc you have 24# injectors in there they flow a lot more fuel then 19's so you dont need as much fuel psi

the maf is recalibrated for the 24ers. what im saying is i dont see a difference between 38psi and 38psi

you said to set it to 38, if stock is 38 then what is the difference?

all increasing the psi does is increase the amount of fuel the injectors are spraying and the only way to get the right amount of psi is a dyno tune
