Default hesitation at slight throttle

i am about to give up on this damn car, hell i could have had my old ford truck in showroom condition by now... i had no voltage going to passenger 02 sensor so i replaced it, now i get code 42....how can code 42 show up with a brand new 02 sensor?????? no matter what i do car wants to run rich... i have tried everything....fuel pressure is fine, still get code 84, 33, which i have already given up on, i think it is just embedded in my computer.
that i dont think is going to cause my massive hesitation at slight throttle, i think it is the fact that she is running rich....now what else could that problem be...fuel pressure fine, new 02 sensors, timing is fine i think, unless i am a tooth off which i highly doubt

I would check the wires that lead to the o2's. The connector could be bad or the wire could be bad. I am no expert, just my $.02.

if you're getting codes, theres a faulty sensor or bad ground somewhere.

you may have to put a dmm on the 02 wires to make sure they are switching.

What type of o2 sensor did you get? OEM style or splice and dice? If you got a splice and dice you probably switched the wires or they are loose in the harness. With a code 33 you will run rich as the system does not go into closed loop emissions. It remains "Open" so the computer ignores O2 sensor input.

As for code 84 and 33 you probably already know those are Evap and EGR system codes as in vacuum and sensor related. Not fuel.
If you fix the code 42 you may also get rid of the other two.
