When you go to the track ask one of the bracket guys what the D/A is (make sure you do it when they are not busy). D/A will tell how "good" the air is, the lower the D/A the more power your car will make. You can figuer out D/A if you have a barometer, a thermomerter and a hydrometer. Basicly what you want is high barometric pressure, low tempurature and low humidity. You probably had very good air at the end of last year, my car varys as much as 3 or 4 mph and .3 tenths depending on the D/A.

sorry thats supposed to say cool night and tail wind we adjusted my timing and everything from being 14 all last year and even went up 15,16,and 17, and it was the same all night 14.4. at 94 if anybody know why please tell me because it is reall starting to make me mad i have never ran this slow i have all ways been consistant running 14.0 at around 98 every day even if it was hot as hell out i would still run 14.0 14.1 and always 97 98

Hmmm, maybe you should start with the basics, check your plugs, wires, timing and air filter, check the valve lash and make sure that it is not running lean or rich. After that I don't know what to say, how many miles are on it? Is there any chance you hurt the motor?
