Default Anyone know of a good head shop in VA

Im looking to get my heads port matched. but also i want the heads and intake all gutted out and flowed to all the precious air FLOW.

ha

Im in the Portsmouth Va area so any one with advise let me know

open your yellow page book, and start calling machine shops.


This will cost you about 600-800 bucks for all. I would just get a set of used aftermarket or GT40 heads and intake unless this is what you want to do.

that's about the worst idea you could choose,^^^^ they'll all say yes but as to whether the results will be decent and quality will vary!! ask around at your local track and see who people reccommend in your local area

thanks MJR you seem to always be avoice of reason. Im talking about the trickflow R's i already have. and my Victor Jr intake......no GT-40 junk here. Hey 1988 where is HOPS place??

there are lots of places to that do heads I dont know about in VA but look on the Internet there is Fox lake ,TEA, Ford Performance Solution, Panhandle Performance, Bennett Racing,Powered by Ford, Those are just some of the people in the Ford race world. But local I just dont know there use to be a place in MD called Ladds Porting and I heard they where good. Sonny Leonard is in VA I am sure he could fix you up and /or get you in the right direction

What uedlose states is a good deal, those places mentioned in the ford world would be money well spent sending the heads out to them to port, costly but well worth it
