just as long as any other engine!!!^^^^^^^^^^I have a few friends with over a 100k on their D/D 347 rides, one uses his as a courier service and no oil consumption, however in racing there are no gaurantees with any motor and longevity

There is NOTHING intrinsic to the 347 that would cause it to have shorter life than any other motor.
It boils down to how well it was put together, and how well it is maintained.

bdptcob, just to warn you I'm having hood clearance issues with my 95. I still got a 302, but my aftermarket intake manifold is rubbing on the hood. Also the support bar had to be removed, would not fit.
