Default rear end grind

Ok it only see to happen during really light exceleration and when i let off the gas. Its a grind/ slight vibration. It has 373 gears it did this alittle when i first bought the car now i dunn i havent dirven it in awhile and it sounded like it got alittle worse. Im thinkin my back lash on my ring and pinion gear might be off. Im goin to get new C/F clutches for the rear end and when i crack the rear case open ill inspect and check my back lash.Im also goin to replace my axel bearins and seals while im at it
