I have an 89 5.0 5 Speed with new taylor wires, Cap/Rotor, Plugs, Fuel Filter and Completely cleaned fuel injection system. Heres the problem: Every now and then, you get back in the car and it runs lick a poorly tuned Harley. You cannot even use 4th or 5th gear because it shakes so much. I will get aggravated and put it away and two days later, it will be fine. This car only has 75,000 miles and has no engine mods. I have had three other stangs all with extreme mods and never expierienced this. Please help!!!!!!

when you say get back in the car, do you mean like driving it like 30mins or so after parking it. What happens after it sits for an hour or so? And when it is cold it drives fine right?

Yes, It sat for an hour the other day on a humid night and did it and I blamed it on the weather but it sat for 45 minutes sunday and it did it again. If I drive it cold or a day or two later, it runs great or smooths out within a mile. Weird huh?

may have a bad tfi module or stator in dizzy or bad connection in the inj harness or in ign system

I have heard of the stator causing similar symptoms. I would check that out.

if that is the case just buy a reman dizzy
