well i fell in love with the 85/86 4eyes style notchback BUT im not a fan of the interior. now the 87-93 notch interior is pure driving comfort

can the interior from the 87-93 br swapped into the 85/86 wiht ease?

or!

can the front clip of a 85/86 be swapped onto a 87-93?

What's so wrong with the 86 Interior? I think the 87-93s look like a Taurus' inside.

If need be, I'd just change the dash and door panels I guess.

You must be blind and unable to see your own interior........

The front clip would probably be easier to change.

Yes you can, if you really wanted some work you could satisfy adder and put in a SN dash with some custom door panels. Yes it works just needs a lot of trimming. I have been thinking about doing it in my 83. The nose is the easiest to change over. You will have to change the headlight pigtails, the nose, and hood. And for the nitty gritty you might want to change the side moldings. 4 eyed cars moldings were different than the 87+.

DO IT!!! and then send some pics. I'm sure changing the front out would be the easy way to go, (unless like 86HOGT said, you just change the dash and leave the rest but I don't think that is what you ment when you said "Driving Comfort") And yeah, I'd look into the side pannels to, just to make it all consistant, (but then again you never know, it might look dead sexy with the 87+ side pannels and the 86- front/hood.)
