9.6 is a little high on a blower motor i thought....expesially thinkin of going up on boost with a stock bottom....

You can run 10psi no problem, just make sure you get a good conservative tune and a Rev limiter so you dont blow it!
Also you said it had less than 2000 miles on the charger... arnt they suppose to be rebuilt around 3000 or so..
