I was refering to using a special mechanical gauge that screws into the spark plug hole and with the valves closed it pumps air into cylinder and gauge measures leakage

...falied emissions way worse
hc 4.6 to 12.1 failed how bout these questions?
co 1.5 to 23.1 failed (passed before)
co2 446 to 434 passed
nox 1.6 to 1.17 passed
i hope that this is because the cleaner is still burning stuff off?
this was my last day for a free test so i decided to try it

good news ...
...runs alot smoother
...can break the tires loose from 1st to 2nd finally

any thoughts based on my emissions results?

what is a good vacuum for a stock 5.0 at a mile high? ...mine was 14" before and after

a guy at the emissions place said to put some denatured alcohol in the tank ...but also said "i didnt hear that from him" (before he seen the results he said how fun it was to drive and seemed confident it would pass)..i assume this is a bad idea what you think?
how about these questios?

LOL, I saw you were from Denver and I thought for sure it was him. My friend Cody just bought a 95 off Craigslist for his little brother and it turned out to be a piece of crap, but he got rid of it after he found out how bad it was LOL

well i took it back for another free diagnosis from the state
....i got really low on gas while there and it stalled ...made the guy think to check fuel pressure (was 18-20) ....then he checked amps(was below 5 and didn't increase under a load)
so he said the weak fuel pump was probably causing my injectors to stay open longer and causing the high HC

does this sound right to you?
