Default '94-'95 front brakes

I got some front brake setups to put on my fox from a '95 GT. Is the rotor supposed to be loose between the caliper? Once I put the wheel on and tighten it down, it'll be flush but I was just wondering if it was supposed to be this way?

might have a little wiggle in it. within an 1/8- a 1/4...what you can do is put the wheel on and drive it 1ft. while hittin the brakes hard. and then take it back apart and see if the rotor is still loose.
