When i start up my car on a cold motor unless i pump the throttle it will stall out, and if i try to drive anywhere if i dont keep the RPMS ridiculously high it will stall out. However if the motor is warm driving its a blast and runs strong, and starts well when its warm too. Any ideas?

Try cleaning the IAC motor and the t/b.

if that doesn't work look for vaccum leaks
