89 GT fuel injected intake on a rebuilt 85GT block???
So i just got a completely rebuilt 302 block new gaskets all around evrywhere, new cam an crank an lifters an valvesprings pushrods everything EXEPT for the intake, but i had blown my last engine (stock 89 GT 5.0HO) so i got plenty of parts - my question would i be able to use the intake off my 89 to fit the 85 block??? i already installed and all screws fit in correct place but these wholes are on each side of the intake (as shown below) and was curious if i could just cover with some kind of jv weld or hardener but is that a bad idea or what i'd appreciate thoughts an opinions...thanks for your time!
im also feelin pretty lost with this wireing harness that goes underneath to hpipe and transmission if anyody knows bout that thing would also help !!
