Torco. I run SR-1 10-30 synthetic. You pay a lot for it but it's significantly better than most of the other oils out there, and worth the money.

A 30 weight would be perfect. Synthetic is for sure the way to go. I'm not sure which would be the best but I always used mobil 1

I've run Mobil 1 before and never had any problems with it. After over 150k miles on one engine running entirely on Mobil 1, it showed no signs of wear when I tore it down. I'm not sure if the newer Mobil 1 formulations are as good since I haven't used them, but no one seems to be having problems with it.

I use Mobile 1, Quaker State, or Pennziol synthetic depending on which one is on sale. You can't go wrong with any of them.

I am not going to guess what weight you want as I don't know anything about your specific engine.

...pretty much all oils (synthetic or conventional) off the self about the same...

I use valvoline full synthetic 10-30 in my mustangs and valvoline full synthetic 5-30 in my 92 dodge grand caravan with 201,100 on it and everything gets a k&n oil filter, and oil gets change at 5 or 6 thousand miles depending on how dirty the oil is looking. I went with valvoline over mobil one because i think its better...i used to use mobil one, but for some reason i think valvoline is better. there is also royal purple! anyways nothing but synthetic fluids in every part of all of my cars!
