sounds like spark...my guess, the TFI mod. (on distributor)

I retested the the spark after I cleaned a spot on the block (a little bit of grime had accumulated) and it was strong, checked the inertia switch, and then found I was getting power to the pump but there was no pressure in the lines(checked at schrader valve).
