Default traction bars and battle

does anyone know what kind of traction bars are the best to use? and are battle boxes good for street use? which should be put on first the uppers or the lowers and same with control arms which ones really matter. do i need my stupid quad shocks?

the lower control arms are what you want to replace for better straight line traction, the uppers for cornering ability (generally). What do you mean by battle boxes? And the motorsport springs are fairly popular, what type of spring and the drop your looking for has more to do with them than the name brand.

welded...get the upper and lower...I'm not a big fan of traction bars on a 'stang they take handling right out the car

do they sell a kit or do u have to buy them separte. i think i found the lowers for like 109. what do they do neways?
