Do afr heads require afr valves or can I use other brand valves and guides? Thanks

I believe they are using 8mm valve snow so as long as you get the correct valve for your application you'll be fine

Why not just buy them with valves and everything pre-assembled ? Thats what we did, this is what you get,

I did buy them assembled. I've screwed them up royally too, now I need valves and guides.

There is something so sexy about brand new shiny aluminum heads, I would have slept with those for a night before putting them on LOL
I plan on getting the 165's myself, pedestal mount rocker version, its a street car, never going to see over 6200 RPM ever...unless I miss a shift ;-)
