Default stock fuel pump is adequate?

pulling the car out of hibernation, discovered a leak in the fuel hose, whatever, no big deal. replaced the hose. i have the stock in tank pump, and an external pump (trex 180lph? i think) that came with the no longer installed supercharger.
long story short, im getting voltage to the external pump, but i dont think its working. i cant physically feel anything when i grab it, and i dont really hear anything either. i assume its dead.
fuel pressure at idle is right at 30psi. if i crack the throttle, it jumps to about 40ish. this is in the garage under no load (dont know if that matters).
current mods:
aftermarket mass air (not sure brand or model, want to say bullet)
larger throttle body (want to say 75mm, again, not sure)
ford motorsport upper and lower intake (upper says "motorsport SVO", not sure wtf that means)
iron gt40 heads(ported/polished)
larger injectors (again, not sure of size, perhaps 42lb? not even sure if thats an actual size. assume its close to 42)
1.6rr
cam (want to say X303?)

so, any reason the stock pump cant keep up, or do i really need to replace the external pump?

stock pump will be fine and if you have no supercharger anymore or don't intend to reinstall one I'd remove the t-rex pump and 42 lbs injectors and get smaller ones and a maf calibrated to smaller injectors of your choice

or just put a new 190 or 255 in tank. either way, ditch that T-Rex in line

Well 2 pumps is definitely not needed for his set-up now. I just prefer to simplify things. One good in-tank pump and call it a day :-)

Im running a 306 with a cobra intake, world windsor jr heads, 1.6 rockers, b303 cam, longtube headers, 75mm tb, 76 maf, build AOD tranny, and a 4.10 gear. it has stock injectors and a stock pump. i thought about installing a 155 or 190 lph fuel pump and i bought a holley pressure regulator. i found a set of 24 lb. motorsport injectors that have had flow work done and they flow at a 99% percentile rate of each other. with these three mods how much will it help my car or will it just flood the engine and run like crap?

Sounds like you need to get rid of some parts! ...I would dump the 42#ers, MAF & TB if your not going to SC the car.
