Valve covers for 94 GT

Valve covers for 94 GT
Im gonna be installing a B303 and Crane 1.7 Rockers with a Edelbrock Performer upper and lower. My question is will Ford Racing polished aluminum valve covers (part#M6582E302R) fit? With this manifold do i need a spacer?

Got these valve covers on my 87 and they are super tall. Im running carb but i had similar ones on my efi stang before i sold it and i needed a spacer with the older edelbrock manifold and it wouldnt fit under a stock hood so uses a cowl hood. So i would say that you are going to need a spacer.
