i have same shocks/struts and springs as you 5.0 kid.

drag settings are a bit rough for DD but i love it when an STI rolls up and you smoke him out of the hole!

anwyas if you adjust it down to position 5 in all corners it rides better than a caddy IMO.

yeah like u were saying rolling on sti's where you at round here in michigan its stangs vettes and 2 vipers around me the only thing ive lost to is a evo 9 that ran 9's after the fact that we raced i found that out. but ive gotten everything else including the vipers. i just leave it on 4 in back n 1 up front so its transfers the weight back real good my buddies said when i raced a t/a that i got the wheels off the ground going into 2nd ( i doubt that but maybe out of the whole)

im in west des moines Iowa, we have tons of rice around here, vettes that wont run with me (old men driving) and a few T/a's and camaro's. there are a couple lambos running around and kit car lambos

you need to visit foxtbirdcougarforums.com they can tell you what will work better than i can.you can use the headers,the h-pipe(had one on my '85 tbird)but i beleive the cat backs will work with some mods to the flow tubes.you have to extend the flow tubes.also the struts and shocks are tbird only the mustang stuff is too short i believe.

i don't think that Fox springs will fit on a T-bird, i know somone witha cougar, who is looking into springs for his ride, and fox springs he said were no good
