Default Picked up a stumble

Hey guys, been gone for awhile. I need your help tho.

So out of the blue my car starts to stumble and sounding like it has an exhaust leak, i know it iesnt an exhaust leak cuz for awhile i rolled around with one open header and it didnt really affect performance just noise. This how ever is killing performance and the car has a noticable shake from this stumble. U can feel it at idle and while moving. Less noticlable while moving tho, but its def audible.

any1 know what would cause this random stumble. All the spak plug cables are connected one was disconnected, but that didnt fix the problem when i reconnected it. I would think its a sensor, since it just randomly happened, but Ill need expert opinions on this. I also pulled all my plugs one had the ground strap broken off, but upon replacement the car continued to at exactly the same it got no better with the new spark plug.

run a koer test and check for codes, after that tune up parts such as cap rotor and wires are all things that can cause misfires when they are bad
