Default not running good

i have 24lb injectors and a BBK fuel pressure gauge running around 50lbs i don't have nitrous or any kind of power adder. i don't know if the mass air meter is set for 19 or 24lb injectors. i also have an E303 cam Anyway when you get to bout 4,000RPMs it spits and sputters and feels like the hp cuts in half. Does anyone have a clue what my problem could be?

50lbs is way to much, thats a start. stock setting is 39.
secondly the mass air is probably correct, otherwise it wouldn't run for **** throughout the whole powerband.

ok it was like that and then i changed the Throtle Position Sensor and i cleared up some but still not right. i just got the car and i think it may have had Nitrous on it at somtime and then they took it off the never dropped the pressure back down. would that also make it hard to start?

lol, my fp set at 32psi on 19#'ers. by any chance do you know if the springs were changed when the cam was changed? sounds like valve float to me. 4k seems to be the breaking up point for stock springs on an aftermarket cam.
