Default Ford racing 351 1.6 Roller Rocker + GT40p heads

These roller rockers are coming off stock mustang heads and going onto my GT40p's (hopefully). Are they interchangeable?

I know they're both 1.6's but Im just double checking. I've found an instructional diagram on how to install them. Does this sound right.....?

Manually rotate engine until I find the tdc of the compression stroke for each cylinder(when both pushrods are at their lowest point and even). Remove and install new rockers and hardware. Tighten to accommodate for specific preload. Repeat for each cylinder.

I'll be using a TFS stage 1 cam(.510 lift), TFS spring upgrade (.542 max lift), these 1.6 rr's, and Gt40p heads. Sound good?

Actually, I should mention, I'll be installing the stock GT40p's rocker arms onto the stock E7 heads using the directions above. Once I remove the Roller rockers, I will be putting them onto the GT40p's and eventually into my car. Should I assemble the rr's onto the gt40p's now, or will I need to follow the same directions when I install the heads? Might as well leave them off, right?

Note: I've never installed rocker arms or heads.

The rockers in the lower pic are not 1.6 rockers. They are 1.5's, note the 5 stamped on them. At least this is what I am told. I had a set on my car and swaped them out for the stock rockers off a H.O. motor and did feel a small difference.

The rockers in the lower pic are stock GT40p rockers. I thought they had 1.6's in them. Well, even if they are 1.5's, are they interchangeable?

Nope.... stock stamped rockers are 1.6 ratio.

Really!? Wait, let me be clear.... right now Im uninstalling the blue roller rockers from a set of stock E7's that are installed on my friends car. Once they are off, I will replace them with stock GT40p rockers. Do i need to manually rotate the engine to relieve pressure from the pushrods/rocker/springs?

Second question. When I install the GT40p's, can I have the roller rockers attached to the head? Or should I rotate the engine manually and install each cylinders rockers when there is no pressure on them after the head is on?

Thats what I was getting at. I changed the ones that were on my 306 with stock EFI ones. The H.O.'s had what looked like 6's stamped on them. Either way roller rockers are the way to go regardless. I need to get myself a set.
