Stock timing for a 90 GT

Hi Folks,

What should the correct timing be for a mostly stock 1990 GT 5.0?
Also is the Weiand water pump any good? I have to replace the gasket so it seems like a good time for an upgrade.

stock is usually 10 on all 5.0's, but i bump mine up to 12, go to 14 and use some premium gas and feel the diffrence

10 degrees, u can always bump it up for extra horses
