i was thinkin that to the hole dont look machined though it is very rough

What year is that block ? I don't recall that hole. I'll look at some old pics from when we rebuilt ours.

It's fine, its not broke. Run it, I have 40+ 302 blocks at the shop, they all have that hole.

thats just one of the oil drainback holes, no need to worry.
