hey everyone
i have a major problem with the rear end in my 93 gt. i was on my way to class yesterday,and i felt a violent rattle. the car starts rattling and vibrating at any less than half throttle or when the clutch is pressed in. also the rear end started clicking(more of a popping sound or a tick) going around corners. when i felt this rattling and heard this noise i turned the car right around and drove it 1 mile back to my house. i checked the drive shaft to see if it was loose(1 month ago the bolts were only finger tight,so i tightened them). i also checked the u joints, they were also fine. im thinking i might have broken a spider gear but im not sure. what do you guys think?

i just hit 100k last week.
im gonna take the cover off when i get home, but im at work right now, thats why i wanted to know if anyone else has had this happen to them and could tell me what was making the clicking sound.

The differential or spider gears are only working during cornering. If it only happens around cornering, then I would definitely expect a spider gear problem.
