Default putting 5.0 into hotrod questions..

I am going to put a 5.0 engine and aod trans into an old dodge truck hotrod im building and am wondering what I need to keep as far as sensors and wiring for the computer? What can I kill and what is absolutely neccesary?

I have seen several 5.0 hotrods and they are always a real cleen install, it seems like all the sensors and wiring has been removed...

Does anyone have any tech articles on the transplanting of a 5.0 into another vehicle?

Have you tried a google search? Sometimes that yields some good info.

just about everything is necessary. well aside from emissions crap.
basically you need to keep the block, heads, and intake, and all sensors in the intake.
everything else can go in the can.
