One problems with 245's is it leaves a portion of the rim venerable to curb rash.

I am running 245/40/17 on mine...Only thing you have to do is beat the quad a bit and roll the inner fender...NO issues...

The 17x9 may rub your k member? It does on my fox It had 99 cobra R's on it when I bought it....somebody told me to put stops on the rack, but I just took the wheels off...
