Default 4-5 lug conversion

I guess my question is, will the whole rearend from a 97 Mustang fit under my 90. I want to change from 4 to 5 lug rims and I have seen other Fox bodys that have been converted. I would guess that a whole rearend change would be the way to go, but I'm not sure.
