Default Blower Motor

My blower motor in my 87 squeaks on low and squeals loudly when you turn it up. Has anyone on here that has replaced one want to show the steps they went through please. Or is there any way to oil it so it stops? Thanks a million.

ive removed mine and put it back.. kind of a pain but take your time
