Na Delta the XT refers to the model designation (like LX in the Fox range), thats what the bottom of the range Falcon is called nowadays. It's actually a 2005 model (known as BA) and mines optioned with the 295hp (mines running about 315hp with full exhaust) 5.4L 3 valve V8 which is quite rare as most V8s in that model are the quad cam versions in the sport model.

I had an XA coupe (1972 model; the Mad Max version is the facelifted 1975 model) for my first car about 10 years ago. I always wanted an XA/XB/XC coupe since I was little so I had to have one. It was a real lump though, rusty, smokey 302 cleveland, leaky windows etc. Sold it after 18 months, probably not what you want to hear

They are now very rare over here too. Good GT coupes (GTs are the high end performance models) get upwards of $50,000 and it will cost $20,000 to get anything decent. $10,000 will only buy you a rust bucket. You dont see them on the road anymore, only at shows. My brother actually owns a Landau, which is a full luxury LTD version of the XB coupe with covererd headlights etc.

There is plenty of rice over here but there is still plenty of aussie V8 muscle. Actually the fastest Falcon could arguably be called rice. It runs a turbo charged 4.0L straight 6 and pumps out 410hp and over 430lb-ft torque and goes from 0-100kmh in high 4s using a 6spd auto box. Can't argue with that sort of rice.
