i might be selling my tko600 setup (trans,clutch,flywheel, shifters,bellhousing) to my uncle since he wants a stick and i want to do a auto swap for some more consistent launches and maybe quicker et. one of my main questions is will i need to have my car re tuned if i swap the transmissions. also besides the trans, converter, drive shaft, bellhousing, trans cooler and lines. what else do i need?

I know this is my own post but ive been searching all day came up with this article. probably the best one ive seen gives decent detail on the whole thing even what custom parts you need to make to get it to fit right.

fastest to date is a 12.06 at 120.xxmph with the mile an hour and power im making i should atleast be mid 11's but it either blows the tires up in smoke or bogs off the line so im hoping with an auto with a converter it will get my 60's in to the 1.6 and get me into the 11.5 range
