Default A9l spark advance

Ok Ive been looking over the advance tables for the A9L at WOT. From what I've been looking at I can't figure out if this *26-27degrees is added ontop of the initial timing or if thats the total. Meaning the computer advances *16-17degrees to your lets say *10degrees initial. Or is it *26-27degrees to your initial to give a total of *36-37 when all in. Should be a really easy one for all of the EFI guys I have a carb. and just wanted to educate myself on the stock EFI distributor/computer.

They are "adders" on top of the initial setting.
