I have some underdrive pullies on my stang and noticed how much faster the engine spooled up. I changed everything except the alt pulley and didn't noticed a change in charging. There is a shorter belt. I will look it up and let you know the part number. your rpms will be a little more than your use to but that's because of the smaller crank pulley.

I have read that they only give you 2 to 3hp on a stock mustang. But if it gives you 10 and more gas milage sign me up. Gas is killing me that and my heavy foot. I was looking at the march pullies should i just get the crank and water pump or the whole set?

I would get the whole set. You might get a better alt (130 amp) and then you can you the pulley on it without worring about proper charge. I had the march pullies and loved them. The rpms were a little more but really didn't worry about the gas mileage because I was already getting about 13-15 in the city and 22-24 on the highway. When i hit loud pedal I could feel the difference in the way the car responded.

they are good.
I got the march set, and used the waterpump and crank ones, and without the fan you can really notice it.

Whoever says they can notice a difference from a 10hp increase is full of s**t. You need at least 20HP to feel a difference.

I never said that it was neck snapping just that the motor spooled up faster. maybe the set that you got sucks! I just put in a h pipe with hi flow cats and noticed the difference in the way the car ran but I'm sure that you didn't notice it in your car because it wasn't a 20 hp gain.

yeah mine sucks, ok. They are all about the same. You wont notice the motor rev up any quicker. Its all in your head. You put on exhaust as well. We were taking just pullies. READ THE POST!! Pulleys alone are not enough to feel any difference.
