Default Power Steering Pump Not Working

I recently got my car back together (new heads, painted engine bay) and for some reason I have no power steering. I did take my pump off when I had my car apart and it worked fine before. Is there some way of burping the air out of it some how? It is full of fluid.

with the car off and wheels jacked up and resevoir full turn the steering lock to lock 20 times = bleeds all air out after that if you still have issues make sure none of the lines are pinched or restricted

make sure the high pressure line doesnt have any leaks in it, alot of times the metal hardlines where it turns hard to soft etc..will bend/kink, with the engine running, and the car on, and idling, pull the cap off the pump(not the best idea usually but) and see if you hear noise....tell me what the noise sounds like and i can maybe help more...

The pump worked just fine b-4, why would it be bad by taking it off and putting it on?

No idea. But if everything is connected properly and you have no power, it's either the pump or the rack.

Try this, w/ the car running, open the reservoir and see if you can see the fluid in the pump circulating. You may have to remove a lil bit of fluid so it's just below where the filler neck meets the body of the pump housing. If you got nothing, the pump ain't pumping.
