where can i find these two wires
 

Alright I know this is going to sound as kind of a strange question but bear with me I am working on something here. I was wondering if anyone knows if our cars have and where I could find them. I am looking for a vehicle speed sensor wire. From what I have read else where cars with cruise control have them but I dont know about ones without cruise. My car is not equiped with cruise so would it be equiped with one or am I s.o.l. since the speedometer is cable driven? Also I am looking for a fuel flow input wire. If anyone knows if/where I can find these two wires it would be greatly appreciated.
